Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bills. HC Andy Reid said, "we'll see" when asked whether Pacheco will go on IR. We'll see if Kansas City makes that move on Saturday, but it at least sounds like Pacheco could be looking at a multi-game absence. Try to keep him stashed on fantasy rosters at least until we see if he lands on IR. His absence this weekend will leave Kansas City's backfield to Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Jerick McKinnon. RBs La'Mical Perine, Deneric Prince, and Keontay Ingram are on the practice squad. Edwards-Helaire is probably the best bet for carries -- but we could also see Kansas City go extremely pass-heavy sans Pacheco.
