The Chiefs are expected to activate LB Nick Bolton (wrist) from IR ahead of Sunday's game against the Bills, according to ChiefsDigest.com. Bolton put in three full practices this week but will need to be activated before 4 p.m. ET Saturday to be eligible to play. If he's back, we'd use him in most IDP cases. You'll find Bolton near LB1 territory in our Week 14 LB rankings. Kansas City has ruled LB Drue Tranquill (concussion) out for the game. But that won't really matter if Bolton's back.
