In his first game since Week 12, Chargers RB J.K. Dobbins posted 76 yards and 1 TD on 19 attempts. With Gus Edwards sidelined, Dobbins led the team in snaps (42) and routes (17).
Dobbins’ TD came in the fourth quarter of a blowout win. It was a bit surprising to see him still on the field, but it's certainly a great sign for his health going forward. The former Raven held up nicely on 20 total touches.
We’ll see if Edwards can overcome an ankle injury and return for Week 18. Either way, Dobbins is the early favorite to retain lead-back work vs. Vegas.
