The Seahawks have ruled S Julian Love out for Sunday's game against the Commanders because of the hamstring injury that has sidelined him since Week 4. HC Mike Macdonald said Love suffered a setback ahead of Wednesday's practice. Love then missed all three practice days and is reportedly a candidate for IR.

If the team's considering IR, then we know Love's at least likely to miss another game beyond this week's.
S Ty Okada has started in his spot (and has moved up our Week 9 DB rankings).
The Seattle secondary does return CB Devon Witherspoon, for the first time since Week 4, which figures to shuffle the lineup a bit.
Witherspoon's a full-time player when healthy and spends the largest share of his time in the slot. That's where rookie DB Nick Emmanwori has spent much of his time in recent weeks, while Riq Woolen and Josh Jobe have worked as the full-time corners.
There's room for either of them to lose snaps, and/or Emmanwori to see his role shrink. But the second-round rookie seems to be playing well and should be trending toward a sizable, regular role.
Okada's a 26-year-old, third-year, former undrafted free agent who played just 33 total defensive snaps before this season. He could also start seeing Emmanwori siphon his snaps.
I'll be watching this week's deployment to figure out what we should expect in upcoming Love-less contests.
