Packers RB Emanuel Wilson drew workhorse usage in Sunday's win over the Vikings, with Josh Jacobs inactive. He rushed 28 times for 107 yards and 2 TDs, adding 2 receptions for 18 yards among two targets. Chris Brooks handled eight carries as the No. 2 RB, collecting just 21 yards (2.6 per carry).
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
Green Bay went extremely run-heavy for the game, rushing 41 times vs. just 25 dropbacks. Game flow helped tremendously on that front.
The Packers took a 7-3 lead with 9:15 left in the first quarter on Wilson's first rushing score and never tied (or trailed) again.
Jacobs nearly made it back for this game, putting in limited practices Thursday and Friday and just being ruled out Sunday morning. It would be surprising if he's not ready for Week 13's visit to Detroit.
Wilson's worth rostering in case Jacobs' knee issue affects his playing time further. But don't expect Wilson to help you in any weeks that find Jacobs active.
