Raiders TE Brock Bowers caught 6 of a team-high 11 targets for 86 yards and a TD in Sunday's 30-27 loss to the Chiefs. His longest catch went for 21 yards, and he finished with 20.6 PPR points. Bowers played 69 of 84 snaps (82.1%) and ran 49 routes, more than any other Raider. Fellow TE Michael Mayer caught 8 of 10 targets for 82 yards. Bowers played through a knee injury that limited him in Friday's practice.

Raiders TE Brock Bowers is expected to miss "a game or two" after having his meniscus trimmed on Tuesday, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Bowers got banged up “a little in camp” and the injury was diagnosed last week, Schefter adds.

That's really what we try to do," Carroll said. Bowers, though, admitted that the knee is still impacting his game. "It's painful, sore, just annoying [and] frustrating because I want to be back to full strength and going full speed, being able to separate from guys," he said. "I feel like I can't really do that to the best of my abilities right now." Bowers is not the fantasy force he was drafted to be right now. But even with injury docks on his projections, he still checks in fourth in the Week 5 TE rankings.

Considering he was a full-go in practice all last week, it sure looks like he suffered a setback with that knee issue. We'll look for further updates on Bowers' status and see how he's listed on the final injury report tomorrow. TE Michael Mayer (concussion) remained limited in Thursday's practice, leaving him uncertain for Sunday's game vs. the Colts.

He's been playing through the injury since but clearly hasn't been himself. HC Pete Carroll said Wednesday that Bowers will continue to wear a brace on that knee for "another couple weeks."
