              Jayden Daniels Still Not Cleared For Contact

              Commanders QB Jayden Daniels (elbow) has not yet been cleared for contact, HC Dan Quinn said Monday. Quinn didn't rule Daniels out for Sunday's game vs. the Vikings, but we'd bet against him returning before getting in a full week of practice. We're projecting QB Marcus Mariota to make another start this weekend, but we'll continue to keep you updated on Daniels' progress.

              Commanders QB Jayden Daniels (elbow) is out for Sunday night’s game vs. the Broncos. HC Dan Quinn said Friday that Daniels has made "great progress" but hasn’t been cleared for contact yet. He seemingly has a chance to return for Week 14, but it’ll be QB Marcus Mariota back under center on Sunday night against Denver’s top-ranked QB defense.

              Commanders QB Jayden Daniels (elbow) will return to practice this week but is considered a "long shot" to play vs. the Broncos on Sunday night, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. It looks like Daniels will get medical clearance to play before the end of the season, but it's still uncertain whether the 3-8 Commanders will throw him back out there. We'll keep you updated on Daniels' status. QB Marcus Mariota is in line to start against Denver this weekend but will only be in play in 2-QB and Superflex leagues.
