Chargers QB Justin Herbert threw for 81 yards and 1 INT in Week 11. Backup QB Trey Lance finished out the 35-6 road loss in Jacksonville.
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
Yikes.
Herbert’s day started with an intentional grounding penalty on his first attempt, and it was a free fall from there.
A beat up O-line allowed a pair of sacks and a massive 52.2% pressure rate. Herbert even left to get checked out following a roughing the passer call, although he ultimately returned.
Herbert attempted only 18 passes. As an offense, the Chargers fired off an extremely low 45 plays.
The veteran attempted only two passes of 15+ air yards. One went for a 30-yard gain to Keenan Allen, who skied to make an excellent catch. Herbert’s other deep ball was picked off – an air-mailed deep ball intended for Ladd McConkey.
Before Sunday’s dud, Herbert tallied 17+ fantasy points in each game this season. While pass protection questions persist, Herbert enters a bye week to heal up ahead of a positive Week 13 draw vs. Vegas. Stick with him as a QB1.
Other Winners & Losers
