Mendoza posted two straight 3,000-yard passing seasons at Cal and Indiana. He displays a strong arm and great mid-range accuracy while showing toughness in the pocket. Mendoza can scramble some, too, which should help his fantasy output. He lacks the upside of recent top QBs like Caleb Williams, but Mendoza has the potential to be a top-10 fantasy QB. Mendoza gets a true centerpiece target in Brock Bowers and a play-caller in Klint Kubiak who has shown the ability to scheme an efficient offense.
