The Chargers are "optimistic" that WR Ladd McConkey (knee, shoulder) will play against the Buccaneers today, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. "The plan is for him to work out pregame," Rapoport adds. An active McConkey would be very tough to leave out of fantasy lineups against Tampa Bay's 24th-ranked WR defense. But we won't get the Chargers' inactives until a little before 3 pm ET. It'd be wise to have a late-game alternative rostered in case McConkey ends up inactive.
