Hunter Long Out For Week 10

Hunter Long Out For Week 10

Jaguars TE Hunter Long (hip, knee) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Texans. He’d been filling in for Brenton Strange as Jacksonville’s lead TE. Long’s absence leaves Quintin Morris and Johnny Mundt as the team’s top TEs. This is a situation to avoid in Week 10 fantasy lineups.

With Dawson Knox out, Quintin Morris worked as the starter and clear leader among Bills TEs in Sunday's win over the Steelers. He played 15 more snaps than #2 Tommy Sweeney and ran 17 more routes. Morris also claimed all 4 TE targets in the game. That's not a fantasy-relevant level of inclusion for most formats. We'll see whether Knox is ready to return for Week 6.

Bills TE Dawson Knox (foot, hamstring) is out for Sunday's game vs. the Steelers. He's been banged up all season, so the week off should be good for him. Knox's absence leaves Buffalo with TEs Quintin Morris and Tommy Sweeney. Morris is the better bet for targets but would be a desperation fantasy play.
