Cardinals WR Greg Dortch (chest) has been placed on IR. He was already ruled out for Sunday's game vs. the Rams but will now miss at least another three games beyond that. WR Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel) is also out for Week 14, while WR Xavier Weaver (hamstring) is iffy after missing Friday's practice. Arizona elevated WRs Trent Sherfield and Jalen Brooks from the practice squad. They figure to join Michael Wilson and Andre Baccellia as the Cardinals' top four WRs against the Rams. Wilson and TE Trey McBride should dominate targets.

The Cardinals will also be without No. 1 WR Marvin Harrison (heel), leaving them short-handed against the Rams. Michael Wilson and Trey McBride should see ample targets in this game. Wilson is now a fringe WR1 in our Week 14 WR rankings. Xavier Weaver (hamstring) didn't practice on Friday, leaving Andre Baccellia as the only other healthy WR on the roster. Tent Sherfield, Jalen Brooks, and Brittan Golden are options on Arizona's practice squad.
