Cameron Jordan, Pete Werner active

Cameron Jordan, Pete Werner active

Saints Edge Cameron Jordan (ankle) and LB Pete Werner (shoulder, oblique) are active for today's game against the Panthers. Neither is a high-level IDP play, though there's upside to the matchup for each player.

Saints Edge Cameron Jordan (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers. He appears to be in better shape than last week, though, when Jordan played through a questionable tag. Then, he missed all three days of practice before playing limited snaps (29%) in a loss to the Lions. Jordan managed limited practices Thursday and Friday this week, so we'd expect him to be more involved Sunday. There's still risk, though, especially for a player with just 2 sacks all season. You can find Jordan in DL3 territory of our Week 14 rankings. There's upside to the matchup, though, if you're looking for an option down there.

Saints Edge Cameron Jordan (ankle) is active for today's game against the Lions. He didn't practice at all during the week and faces an opponent allowing less than 2 sacks per fame on the season. You probably have a better -- or at least safer -- option for your IDP lineup this week.

Saints Edge Cameron Jordan (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Lions. Jordan missed practice all week. HC Dennis Allen said Friday that the team will give Jordan "a chance to play until [the] last moment," according to Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football. You should plan as though Jordan won't be available for your IDP lineup.
