The most common solutions to syncing issues are:

1. Make sure you have the latest version of our browser extension here » ...also ensure you have an up-to-date version of your browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended).
2. Make sure you’ve used the same browser to log into both (i) the commissioning service for your league, and (ii) Draft Sharks.
3. If you are on a mobile device be sure you are using the Draft Sharks App and not a web browser.
4. Ensure you don't have an "ad blocker" keeping the extension from being able to work properly. Ad blocking, popup blocking, and third-party fantasy extensions should be turned off prior to sync.
5. With Safari, you must allow our extension to read your commissioning service. Click the shark fin icon next to your address bar -- Approve Access.
6. Try Deleting your existing team, then adding and re-syncing a new one.
7. Try it with a different browser.

Those two steps will resolve 99% of the issues with syncing your leagues.

Your account auto-renews on September 7th for the regular season and March 7th for the preseason.

When you join, your pricing is pro-rated to the next renewal date. So joining in August is generally under $10 for the remainder of the preseason. Learn more here »

Sync is dependent on the commissioning service information. It will send over players from last year if your commissioner hasn't rolled over the rosters for this year. If keepers are not declared, you might see last year's team. Some services don't communicate the draft order until right before the draft.

These items will auto-correct as your draft approaches. You can switch to manual mode and adjust if desired at any time.

This will allow you to practice syncing and ensure your setup is working.
