Second-year Bills WR Keon Coleman broke out against the Ravens, catching eight of 11 targets for 112 yards and a TD. He led the team in targets, with Khalil Shakir and Joshua Palmer next at nine apiece. Coleman also paced the WRs with an 88.2% snap rate.
We highlighted Coleman as a sleeper this offseason. The 6’3” WR played as the primary X, working downfield on the outside, and drew multiple two-point conversion looks. Pairing with MVP QB Josh Allen only strengthens his case as a fantasy starter.
The Bills were playing from behind, which led to Allen’s 46 pass attempts, well above his 28.4 average in 2024. That volume won’t always be there, but Coleman’s role is clear.
Next week brings a Jets defense that just gave up four TDs to Aaron Rodgers. In Week 3, the Bills face the Dolphins, who surrendered 33 points to Daniel Jones and the Colts. Coleman should have chances to post top-24 fantasy numbers in both matchups.
