Sep 30, 2017 | Non-NFL | Chest Rib Bruise | Gesicki hurt his ribs in the 1st quarter against Indiana. He was able to play the following weekend. |
Dec 13, 2020 | NFL | Shoulder Dislocation | Gesicki suffered a right shoulder injury during Week 14's game against the Chiefs. He was sidelined for one game. |
Aug 14, 2023 | NFL | Shoulder Dislocation | Gesicki went down in practice with a "mild dislocated shoulder,” per NFL Network. |
It makes sense if you’re hesitant to bet on Gesicki for 2024. The thing is … you don’t have to. He’s going TE27 in best ball ADP, and that’s an even friendlier format to him than typical redraft will be. Gesicki’s not likely to be a significant factor in redraft. But he’s a solid pick as a TE3 in best ball and deep TE2 stash where that makes sense.
