Barkley has "outside chance" for Week 8

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport hears that Giants RB Saquon Barkley (ankle) has an "outside chance" to return for next weekend's game vs. the Chiefs. Barkley will "likely" be back for Week 9's game vs. the Raiders, Rapoport adds. It's not a surprise after Barkley remained sidelined in practice all week. We'll see if he gets back on the field this coming week, but fantasy owners shouldn't plan on having him in Week 8 lineups.
