Recall that Carson underwent neck surgery around the start of December. “We won’t know for some time here," Carroll said regarding Carson’s status. "We can't predict that.” After re-signing Rashaad Penny and using a Round 2 pick on Kenneth Walker, it’s clear that Seattle isn’t counting on Carson going forward.
