Garrett off final Week 3 injury report

Browns DE Myles Garrett does not appear on the team's final injury report for Week 3 and is good to go for Thursday night's game against the Steelers. Garrett sat out Tuesday's practice with a neck issue, but it doesn't seem to be a concern going forward. He's ready for IDP lineups.
