Henderson rushed only 4 times for 16 yards and drew 2 targets (2 catches, 14 yards) against San Francisco. It's pretty clear that Sean McVay doesn't believe in him as a primary RB. Malcolm Brown mixed in for 5 carries (10 yards) against the 49ers.
