Brate a full-go Wednesday

Bucs TE Cameron Brate (neck) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice. That should put him in line to return for Sunday morning's game vs. the Seahawks. It's unclear how routes and targets will be divvied between Brate and TE Cade Otton, leaving both guys as unreliable fantasy plays.
