We'd bet on more production for the rookie than Westbrook-Ikhine the rest of the way, in spite of the latter's big performance against Denver. Tennessee's run-leaning offense limits the upside, of course. Woods and TE Austin Hooper tied for 2nd on the team with 7 targets Sunday. Hooper caught 5 balls for 41 yards. Woods managed only 2 receptions for 10 yards.
