Laube, a small school RB out of New Hampshire, was a sixth-round pick by the Raiders in this spring's draft.
A pass-catching specialist, Laube gaining praise is key to him making the roster.
The Raiders do have a wide-open RB room, with starter Zamir White and backup Alexander Mattison likely on short leashes.
