Huge Night for Jalen Tolbert

Cowboys WR Jalen Tolbert went off for 7 catches, 87 yards, and 1 TD in a Week 5 win over Pittsburgh. Tolbert surprisingly led the team in all major receiving categories.

Tolbert paced the team with a career-high 23.8% target share. He scored on a fourth down goal line ball deep in the fourth quarter. Earlier, he got behind the defense for a 48-yard reception along the sideline.

On the night, Tolbert accounted for a whopping 40.8% of Dallas’ air yards, per Next Gen Stats.

Brandin Cooks is on IR with a knee injury and can’t return until Week 10. So Tolbert will have a chance to remain fantasy-relevant for the foreseeable future. Next up is a fine home matchup with Detroit.
