Titans QB Will Levis will be back as the starter this Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers. Levis has been dealing with a shoulder injury and has not played since Week 6. He replaces back-up Mason Rudolph who has started since Levis was out.
The Titans offense has changed since Levis went out with an injury, including trading away top WR DeAndre Hopkins.
Levis gives the offense a bit more upside, but he has already made highlights with some baffling throws.
Levis has at least one interception in all five games he has played. Two of those games he three two interceptions.
If anything, this slightly hurts receiving weapons such as WR Calvin Ridley and TE Chig Okonkwo as Rudolph was the more accurate and steady passer.
Levis shouldn't be trusted as a fantasy QB if at all possible in a tough match-up against the Chargers.
The big winner here is the Chargers defense and special teams. Already a top play this week, Levis has been an easy target for opposing fantasy defenses.
Titans RB Tony Pollard may find a little more room, as he has had a bit more success with Levis than without him, though fellow RB Tyjae Spears is also expected to return this week.
