Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill (wrist) is listed as questionable for Monday night's game vs. the Rams. He was added to the injury report on Friday and missed the final two practices of the week.
HC Mike McDaniel on Hill: "His wrist injury was kind of heating up, so we’re gonna try to have it cool down. He’s doing everything possible to play. We’ll see how he responds. ... If his body lets him, he’ll play. But we’ll see. ... All I know is that I know nothing, as Socrates would say… I wouldn’t say that I was optimistic or pessimistic about it.”
Hill seems to be legitimately questionable for Monday night, which makes this a very tricky situation for fantasy owners. If Hill is active, you'll want to start him. But we might not find out whether he'll play until a little before 7 pm ET on Monday.
If you're hoping to start Hill, you need to have a backup plan from this game on your roster. Outside of the obvious guys, Demarcus Robinson is your best bet, followed Odell Beckham and Tutu Atwell.
Hill has drawn 22% of Dolphins targets this season, so his absence would mean significant boosts in target projection for WR Jaylen Waddle, RB De'Von Achane, and even TE Jonnu Smith.
Hill's absence would also knock Tua Tagovailoa out of QB1 consideration. If you're deciding between Tagaovailoa and a similarly ranked QB, we'd go with the other guy.
