Seahawks WR D.K. Metcalf (shoulder) returned to a full practice on Thursday. He'll be ready to go for this weekend's game vs. the Vikings. It's a good matchup: Minnesota ranks dead last in adjusted fantasy points allowed to WRs and has especially struggled against outside receivers.
