Colts LB E.J. Speed is active for today's game against the Giants. He managed just one practice this week after missing Week 16, but it was a full Friday workout. We've added Speed in LB2 territory of the Week 17 rankings. His activation likely slices playing time for rookie LB Jaylon Carlies.
