The Baltimore Ravens selected Arizona K Tyler Loop with the 186th pick of Round 6 in the NFL Draft. Loop made 18 of 23 FGs for the Arizona Wildcats this past year. He also made 23 of 25 XPs this past season. Loop's big leg makes him a threat to make a FG from way out long. He made a school record 62-yard FG in 2024, which likely got him picked in the draft.
If Justin Tucker is cut or released, Loop becomes a possible K1 being paired with the dynamic Ravens offense.
Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry will score points, so Loop should have XP and FG opportunities throughout the season.
He booms kicks from deep, but Loop struggles on the right hash with his accuracy, even on shorter kicks.
Having a former Special Teams Coordinator at HC, Loop is in the right place to correct his issues and be a really good fantasy Kicker.
Loop is an ideal stash in dynasty, perhaps even draftable in deep rookie drafts.
If he is locked in with Jackson and the Ravens offense, there should be plenty of kicking opportunities for Loop in the future.
If he is available in Round 5 or 6 of rookie drafts, don't hesitate to take a shot.
