The Jaguars are releasing WR Gabe Davis. He signed a three-year, $39 million contract in free agency last year and responded with just 20 catches for 239 yards and two TDs across 10 games. Davis was set to make $12.5 million in 2025.

This move does not come as a surprise. The Jaguars have a brand new regime under GM James Gladstone and HC Liam Coen. And they added WR Travis Hunter with the second overall pick of the draft and WR Dyami Brown in free agency.

We'll see where Davis lands next, but he's unlikely to be more than a late-round flier in best ball drafts. While he's popped for a few big games over the his five NFL seasons, Davis has been held under 50 receiving yards in 70% of his regular-season games.
