Vikings WR Jordan Addison's DUI trial has been set for July 15. That'll be almost exactly a year after Addison was found asleep behind the wheel on a freeway near LAX airport. The trial should wrap up before the start of the season. If found guilty, Addison would be facing a three-game suspension under the league's substance abuse policy.
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
If Addison is suspended, it'll likely be for the first three weeks of the season. That'll make him easier to replace in fantasy lineups with no teams on bye (and hopefully fewer injuries to contend with).
Still, drafters should be baking this suspension risk into Addison's value. We're currently docking him two games in our 2025 projections, which lands him 39th in the PPR WR Rankings.
Other Winners & Losers
An Addison suspension would leave Jalen Nailor as Minnesota's likely No. 3 WR but probably wouldn't be enough to make him a fantasy factor outside of DFS tournaments. WR Justin Jefferson and TE T.J. Hockenson would project for targets bumps with Addison out.
