Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic believes that the following Ravens saw their stock rise during OTAs/minicamp: TE Mark Andrews, RB Keaton Mitchell, and WR Devontez Walker.
Here’s a quick thought from Zrebiec on each player (via The Athletic):
Andrews:
“He didn’t miss a rep at OTAs, and he treated each practice like the Ravens had an important game to play later in the week. He looked quick and healthy.”
Mitchell:
“Mitchell acknowledged earlier this month that he was still navigating physical and mental hurdles upon his return last November. He’s looked both quicker and more assertive in recent weeks, and that’s a great development for the Ravens, who’ll need to get him some touches on offense and as a kick returner. He’s far too explosive not to get utilized.”
Walker:
“With a year under his belt, he’s playing faster and exhibiting more confidence and polish.”
“He’s got a chance to be really good,” HC John Harbaugh added.
Andrews played all 17 games last season. This despite a mid-August car accident that he escaped from without injury.
Of course, Andrews didn't deliver consistent fantasy value. Eleven TDs helped supply six top-five fantasy finishes, but he added five weeks at TE24 or worse.
We expect Andrews' 4.0 targets per game to improve a bit in 2025. Just don't expect another career-high in TD rate (20%). The 29-year-old settles in as a fringe top-10 option in our PPR TE rankings.
Mitchell and Walker are more appropriate on dynasty rosters.
Mitchell figures to be the RB3 this year behind Derrick Henry and Justice Hill. If Henry misses games, we're likely looking at a timeshare -- and a chance for Mitchell to build his case as a future part-timer.
Walker enters training camp behind Zay Flowers, Rashod Bateman, and DeAndre Hopkins. Long term, the second-year speedster is likely maxed out as a No. 3 WR.
A loaded supporting cast, improved QB play, and offensive continuity set the stage for Atlanta to deliver serious fantasy value in 2025.
