Titans WR Treylon Burks fractured his collarbone during practice today. The former first-round pick in 2022 has disappointed so far in his NFL career, and this won't help. Though the injury won't end Burks' season, it does mean he will likely miss multiple weeks to start the season and may be a candidate for the PUP list. The Titans have signed WR Ramel Keyton as a replacement.
What They're Saying
ESPN: "Titans WR Treylon Burks suffered a fractured collarbone while attempting a one-handed grab during practice Saturday, a source confirmed to ESPN.
He is being evaluated for a shoulder injury, coach Brian Callahan announced."
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network: "Titans WR Treylon Burks suffered a fractured collarbone here at their stadium practice.
Burks will undergo further tests, but he’s expected to miss the start of the season at least. A frustrating outcome for the young pass catcher."
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
Burks fell way off the redraft radar, even with a thin WR unit in Tennessee.
Last season, he only played in five games catching four passes for 34 yards. He hasn't scored a TD since his rookie season in 2022.
Veteran WRs Van Jefferson and Tyler Lockett were already expected to be ahead of Burks on the depth chart, but this solidifies it.
Rookie WRs Elic Ayomanor, Chimere Dike, and Xavier Restrepo are all competing for playing time as well.
This injury could. be the nail in the coffin for Burks time with the Titans.
