2025 Fantasy Football Impact
McMillan had a quiet second preseason game over the weekend, and apparently picked up a small hamstring injury in the process. He didn’t practice on Monday and it sounds like Carolina may just play it safe and hold him out of their third and final preseason game.
We’ll keep an eye on McMillan’s practice status throughout the week, though it doesn’t sound like he is in any danger of missing Week 1’s contest against the Jaguars. The rookie is expected to step into a huge role right away, with upwards of 130 targets being a legitimate possibility. And considering QB Bryce Young’s second half surge in 2024, that potential is exciting.
We’re high on McMillan this year, as the rookie currently checks in as the WR20 in the rankings.
