Browns WR Cedric Tillman was on the field but did not practice today because of a thumb injury, according to Zac Jackson of The Athletic. The severity is unknown. This comes just one day after Joe Flacco was named the starting QB for the Browns.

The Browns named Joe Flacco their starting QB yesterday, which could be good news for Tillman and the rest of the WRs. But that enthusiasm was tempered today with Tillman sidelined.
Since he remained on the field, the injury likely didn’t require medical attention and may be precautionary. We’ll wait for further updates.
