Carolina Panthers rookie WR Tetairoa McMillan (hamstring) returned to practice on Tuesday, according to Joe Person of The Athletic.
What They're Saying
Person: “Tetairoa McMillan practicing again after missing some time last week with a hamstring issue.”
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
The rookie’s Week 1 status was never in doubt, but nonetheless, it’s great to see him back on the practice field. McMillan missed the final preseason game and practice time with a sore hamstring, but appears ready to roll for the opener.
McMillan is already set for a huge role in year one, but that role could expand even further. A potential trade involving veteran WR Adam Thielen remains in the works. Though not the player he once was, Thielen has commanded consistent volume in Carolina, averaging 7.4 targets per game with a 23% target share over the past two seasons.
We currently have McMillan ranked as a top-20 fantasy WR ahead of 2025.
