The Bills are signing WR Gabriel Davis, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. He'll head to the practice squad as he continues to work back from last year's torn meniscus, per Schefter.
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
Davis spent the first four seasons of his NFL career in Buffalo. He famously torched the Chiefs for 201 yards and four TDs in a 2021 playoff loss. But the rest of his time with the Bills wasn't nearly as exciting. 2022 was his best season, but his 48-836-7 line left him just 38th among WRs in PPR points per game.
Davis inked a three-year, $39 million contract with the Jaguars last offseason but totaled just 20 catches across 10 games and was released in May.
Davis brings familiarity with QB Josh Allen and the offense, but he's unlikely to be more than a depth piece at any point this season. He can be left on the waiver wire in all fantasy leagues right now.
