The Denver Broncos released their depth charts ahead of their Week 1 opener against the Titans, and veteran RB J.K. Dobbins is listed ahead of rookie RJ Harvey.
Tyler Badie is also listed as third, and Jaleel McLaughlin as fourth on the initial depth chart.
These depth charts are not official, but it indicates that Dobbins, who the club signed after selecting Harvey with the 60th pick of the 2025 NFL Draft, will have a role in Denver's offense.
Sean Payton's offenses have been known to feature multiple running backs.
Dobbins tore his Achilles tendon in the 2023 season opener, but signed with the Chargers in 2024. He posted career-best numbers with 905 rushing yards and 32 receptions last season before injuring his MCL in Week 13.
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
Dobbins could factor in on early downs playing behind an elite offensive line. That makes him a strong RB3/flex option out of the gate until we see how Payton utilizes his backs.
Harvey remains a good bet due to his strong preseason showing and utilization as Payton's main pass-catching back. That role is led to elite fantasy production, keeping Harvey on the RB2 radar.
