Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Jacksonville Jaguars plan to feature first-round WR Travis Hunter primarily on offense in the team's Week 1 opener against the Carolina Panthers. Hunter will also play defense as a rotational CB.
Per Schefter, Jacksonville's plan for utilizing Hunter is fluid and is subject to change on a week-to-week basis.
One of the primary concerns for fantasy football was just how many snaps Hunter would play on offense and defense. If he is used primarily as a WR, Hunter will be in a position to thrive as the main slot receiver in Liam Cohen's offense.
That's a role that resulted in Chris Godwin posting overall WR3 numbers on a PPG basis last season.
