QB Justin Fields delivered arguably the best game of his career, completing 16 of 22 passes for 218 yards with a TD and no INTs. He added 12 carries for 38 yards and two goal-line scores. Fields showed command of the offense, with OC Tanner Engstrand tailoring playcalling to his strengths through read options and play action.
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
Fields’ rushing locks him in as a top-12 fantasy option. Even if the Jets don’t hit 30 points every week, his dual-threat production should keep him in QB1 range.
He also supported college teammate Garrett Wilson, targeting him nine times. Wilson caught seven for 95 yards and a 33-yard TD.
Next week brings the Bills, who just gave up 40+ points at home to the Ravens. Fields then gets the Buccaneers and Dolphins in Weeks 3 and 4, both favorable matchups for another strong fantasy showing.
