Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy won't have surgery on his injured shoulder and won't be placed on IR, HC Andy Reid said Wednesday. That means the team expects Worthy to miss fewer than four games.
We'll look for a more concrete timetable for Worthy's return. We wouldn't count on him playing against the Eagles this weekend, and he'll be at elevated risk of re-injuring that shoulder when he does take the field again. But Worthy should stay stashed on fantasy rosters in all leagues.
