Panthers WR Tetairoa McMillan caught six of his 10 targets for 100 yards in the Panthers' loss to the Cardinals. He led the team in targets and ranked third in catches. A 40-yard catch and run along with a one-handed sideline catch, highlighted the rookie’s great day.
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
The Panthers' offense struggled to move the ball outside of McMillan for much of the game. The only time things seemed to get going was when QB Bryce Young targeted McMillan down the field.
It’s always a positive to see a rookie hit the 100-yard mark in their second NFL game, and McMillan has flashed stud X WR skills in the first two weeks.
If the offense can somehow improve and find a better rhythm, McMillan has potential to put up consistent fantasy performances.
The Panthers go up against the Falcons next week against a secondary that could be susceptible to long plays. McMillan should be a solid WR2 for that one.
