Washington probably lost S Will Harris for the season in Sunday's win over the Raiders. Harris suffered a fibula fracture late in the second quarter. The Commanders also watched CB Marshon Lattimore leave for a concussion check, CB Trey Amos leave with a calf injury, and S Percy Butler leave with a hip injury. We'll see about the status of those three heading into Week 4.
What They're Saying
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport: "He's having more tests to determine the full extent of the injury. But Harris is out for the foreseeable future."
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
Harris is a 30-year-old journeyman who has spent just one full season starting (for the 2021 Lions). Losing him shouldn't be super-impactful to the Washington defense. But losing a starting safety and then watching his replacement (Butler) leave the same game can't help.
Lattimore and Amos, meanwhile, occupy the two starting outside corner spots. We'll see what HC Dan Quinn says Monday about their outlooks.
Washington's team D hasn't been attractive for fantasy purposes even at full health. Week 4 does present an upside matchup with a struggling Falcons passing game. But RB Bijan Robinson alone makes that a scary spot for a DST.
