Seahawks TE Elijah Arroyo caught two of four targets for 44 yards in Thursday night's win over the Cardinals. The rookie got rolling with a 12-yard grab on a designed target in the first quarter. Then he made a sweet contested catch for 32 yards on a broken play in the second quarter. Arroyo drew a 16-yard pass interference penalty later that drive, plus a target from Arizona's one-yard line that fell incomplete. Most importantly, Arroyo set season highs in this one in both snap rate (55%) and route rate (61%).
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
Arroyo looked awesome in this one and is a candidate for more work going forward. The Seahawks need another pass catcher to step up behind WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba, and Arroyo (along with fellow rookie Tory Horton) look like the best candidates.
We still need Arroyo's route rate to climb a bit more before we can consider him as a fantasy option, especially in this run-leaning Seahawks offense. But the rookie is worth stashing now in deep fantasy leagues.
