Rams HC Sean McVay doesn't expect WR Davante Adams (hamstring) to be on a snap count vs. the Colts on Sunday, although he admitted that could change in-game. Adams is listed as questionable after getting in just a limited practice on Friday.
What They're Saying
McVay on if Adams will be on a snap count: “I don't know about that. You might monitor some things, but if I told him that, I think he would say, ‘Nah, I’m not doing that.’ He’s in good spirits. He's been engaged in the walkthroughs. He's doing everything that he can to be physically and mentally ready to go and that's why he's a total stud. I’m excited about that. We’ll see how the game goes. Ultimately, we have be able to do what we think is best for Davante and for our team. Those things go hand in hand for us. If that changes any of the snap count, that's not something that we're expecting but we'll see.”
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
Barring a more negative report on Adams between now and kickoff, it'll be virtually impossible to keep him out of fantasy lineups. The hamstring certainly adds risk to Adams' Week 4 profile, but he'll still boast WR1 upside in a potential shootout vs. the Colts.
Through three weeks, Adams ranks:
- 5th among WRs in targets
- 3rd in expected PPR points per game
- 13th in actual PPR points per game
