Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill underwent successful surgery to repair the ACL and other ligaments in his left knee on Tuesday, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. Doctors were able to do all repairs in one procedure, per agent Drew Rosenhaus, which should shorten Hill's recovery timeline. Hill's goal is to be ready for the start of the 2026 season, but we'd consider that a long shot. And, considering he turns 32 in March, Hill's football future is bleak. There's probably not much dynasty owners can do at this point -- other than to plan on not having Hill as a fantasy asset going forward.
