Commanders QB Jayden Daniels will have "no restrictions" or "mandates on how to play" as he returns from his knee injury for Sunday's game vs. the Chargers, according to The Athletic's Nicki, Jhabvala. Daniels will wear a brace on that injured knee, though. And Washington would like him to do a better job protecting himself. “That might be a throwaway or that’s (the choice) to slide and get down,” HC Dan Quinn said this week. “And so those are the lessons that you want to keep digging on. As you said, you don’t want to take away from the competitive nature and when he can extend, but just the decision-making when those come — and it’s not something that he takes carelessly.” Daniels' legs will always be a big part of his game -- and his fantasy value.
