Bengals TE Mike Gesicki left Sunday's loss to the Packers early with an injury to his left pectoral muscle. Noah Fant led a three-man committee after he left.
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
Fant ran a route on 47.8% of Bengals dropbacks for the game. That's right in line with Gesicki's 47% route rate through the season's first five games.
Fant's 22 routes against the Packers ranked him fourth on the team, well behind the top three WRs and one ahead of RB Chase Brown.
Tanner Hudson followed at 16 routes, though he edged Fant 5-4 in targets. Hundson caught four of those for 10 yards, including a 2-yard TD in the third quarter.
Fant caught all four of his targets for 27 yards. Drew Sample followed the pair with 10 routes, two targets and 1 catch for minus-2 yards.
We'll see about the severity of Gesicki's injury, but this doesn't look like a position that's going to deliver much fantasy value.
