Breece Hall Out For Week 18

        8:27pm UTC 1/3/26

Jets RB Breece Hall (knee) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game vs. the Bills. He finishes the season with 1,415 total yards and five TDs on a bad New York offense. Hall boosted his value heading into free agency this offseason. RB Isaiah Davis (concussion) had already been ruled out for Week 18, leaving the Jets with RBs Khalil Herbert and Kene Nwangwu on the active roster. We'll see if RB Raheem Blackshear is elevated from the practice squad. We'd bet on Herbert leading in carries tomorrow, but it's a tough backfield to project.

Breece Hall Questionable For Week 18

        8:39pm UTC 1/2/26

Jets RB Breece Hall (knee) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Bills. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday. RB Isaiah Davis (concussion) has been ruled out, so Hall could pick up some extra passing-down work if he plays on Sunday. We’ll look for updates on his status but won’t get New York’s inactives until a little before 3 pm ET.

Breece Hall & Isaiah Davis Out Wednesday

        1:18am UTC 1/1/26

Jets RBs Breece Hall (knee) and Isaiah Davis (concussion) did not practice on Wednesday. That leaves Davis unlikely to play vs. the Bills this weekend. We'll see about Hall. Khalil Herbert and Kene Nwangwu are the other RBs on New York's roster. RB Raheem Blackshear is on the practice squad.

Brady Cook To Start Week 16

        7:55pm UTC 12/17/25

Jets QB Brady Cook will start this weekend's game vs. the Saints, HC Aaron Glenn said Wednesday. We assume this means QBs Tyrod Taylor and Justin Fields' injuries will keep them out again -- because there's no reason for the Jets to willingly go back to Cook. He mustered just 176 yards on 5.3 yards per attempt in the Week 15 loss to the Jaguars. RB Breece Hall is the only Jet to crack fantasy-starter territory in our Week 16 rankings.

Breece Hall Will Play Week 15

        9:20pm UTC 12/12/25

Jets RB Breece Hall (knee) is not listed on the final injury report for this weekend’s game vs. the Jaguars. Reportedly dealing with knee soreness, he went from no practice on Wednesday to limited on Thursday to full participation on Friday. We’re not expecting the knee to be a factor this weekend. But Hall falls outside the top 24 in the Week 15 RB rankings with QB Brady Cook at the helm for New York.

Breece Hall Back At Practice Thursday

        10:55pm UTC 12/11/25

Jets RB Breece Hall (knee) returned to a limited practice on Thursday. He's dealing with a sore knee but should be available for this weekend's game in Jacksonville. We'll see how Hall is listed on Friday's final injury report.

        Breece Hall Sidelined Wednesday

        6:23pm UTC 12/10/25

Jets RB Breece Hall (knee) did not practice on Wednesday. The Athletic's Zack Rosenblatt says Hall is dealing with "knee soreness." It sounds like there's still a good chance Hall is able to play vs. the Jaguars this weekend, but we'll keep you updated on his status. Hall's absence would leave RB Isaiah Davis in a high-volume role.

Tyrod Taylor And Justin Fields Out Wednesday

        6:13pm UTC 12/10/25

Jets QBs Tyrod Taylor (groin) and Justin Fields (knee) won't practice on Wednesday, HC Aaron Glenn said. They'll be evaluated later this week. QB Brady Cook will get the first-team reps on Wednesday and is the favorite to start this weekend's game vs. the Jaguars. Cook was abysmal last week, completing 47% of his passes at 5.4 yards per attempt against a beatable Dolphins pass defense. RB Breece Hall is the only viable fantasy starter in this offense -- and he's not even a comfortable play with Cook.

        Breece Hall Active

        3:33pm UTC 10/26/25

Jets RB Breece Hall (knee) is active for today’s game vs. the Bengals. He practiced all this week, including a full workout on Friday, so we’re not expecting the knee to be a major issue today. Hall sits 11th in the Week 8 RB rankings.

Breece Hall Expected To Play Week 8

        2:52am UTC 10/26/25

Jets RB Breece Hall (knee) is expected to play vs. the Bengals tomorrow, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Hall played through this injury last week and practiced all this week, including a full workout on Friday, so there was never much concern about his status. If the Jets' Justin Fields-led offense can be competent, Hall packs plenty of upside against Cincinnati's 30th-ranked RB defense.

Breece Hall Questionable For Week 8

        8:04pm UTC 10/24/25

Jets RB Breece Hall (knee) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Bengals. He played through this injury last week and practiced all this week, including a full workout on Friday. Hall should be ready for his usual role on Sunday, but we’ll get New York’s inactives around 11:30 am ET. RB Isaiah Davis is the RB to stash in case Hall ends up out.

Garrett Wilson Expected To Miss "A Couple Of Weeks"

        11:41pm UTC 10/13/25

Jets WR Garrett Wilson has been diagnosed with a hyperextended knee and is expected to miss “a couple of weeks," a source tells ESPN's Adam Schefter. So fantasy owners should plan on Wilson missing the next two games vs. the Panthers and Bengals. The Jets then get a Week 9 bye, and Wilson should be back for Week 10.

        Braelon Allen Heading To IR

        2:42pm UTC 10/2/25

The Jets will place RB Braelon Allen (knee) on IR today, according to ESPN's Rich Cimini. Allen's knee injury is still being evaluated, per Cimini, and surgery remains on the table. "Too early to say if it's season-ending, though this appears to be more than just a 4-week return," Cimini adds.

Update: Allen is expected to miss 8-12 weeks, HC Aaron Glenn said Friday. That puts Allen out through at least Week 12. He can be dropped in all redraft leagues.

Braelon Allen Likely Headed To IR

        6:26pm UTC 9/30/25

Jets RB Braelon Allen will "likely" land on IR with an MCL sprain suffered in Monday night's loss to the Dolphins, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. "Allen is expected to receive additional opinions," Rapoport adds. We'll see if those additional opinions bring any better news, but expect Allen to miss multiple weeks. That'll leave the Jets backfield to Breece Hall and Isaiah Davis. Davis should pick up extra work with Allen out but will still fall short of reliable fantasy value. He's worth stashing in deeper fantasy leagues, though, as he's now just one injury away from a lead job. Hall becomes a borderline RB1 with Allen sidelined.

Braelon Allen Out With Knee Injury

        12:17am UTC 9/30/25

Jets RB Braelon Allen injured his left knee in the second quarter of Monday night's game vs. the Dolphins and was ruled out a short time later. That typically suggests a relatively serious injury, but we'll update Allen's status when we know more. His absence should boost RB Breece Hall's playing time. RB Isaiah Davis could also mix in a bit more on early downs.
