Cam Ward's Shoulder Injury Not Serious

        8:38pm UTC 1/5/26

Titans QB Cam Ward suffered an AC joint sprain in his shoulder in Sunday's loss to the Jaguars, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Ward won't need surgery and will be "perfectly fine" for the offseason, Rapoport adds. Ward struggled through much of his rookie season on a bad Tennessee offense. But he flashed late in the year, tossing two TDs in each of his final four healthy games. Ward is a hold in dynasty formats and could be an intriguing late-round QB target in 2026 fantasy drafts. We'll see who the Titans tab to run the offense going forward -- and what the team adds to the pass-catching corps.

        Cam Ward Hurts Shoulder

        6:25pm UTC 1/4/26

Titans QB Cam Ward suffered a shoulder injury in the first quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Jaguars and is questionable to return. He's been replaced by QB Brandon Allen. We'll update Ward's status when we know more. He's had a promising finish to his rookie season and could be an intriguing QB2 target in 2026 fantasy drafts.

Update: Ward has been ruled out.

Chimere Dike the Lone Shining Star for the Titans

        4:08pm UTC 11/24/25

Titans WR Chimere Dike went 5-44-1 on 7 targets against a stout Seattle Seahawks defense. Dike also returned a punt 90 yards for a TD in the game, accounting for over half of the Titans’ points in the game. QB Cam Ward did have one of his best games of the season as well, going 28/42 for 256 yards and a TD. He also led the team in rushing going 6-37-1.

        Titans Fire Brian Callahan

        6:57pm UTC 10/13/25

The Titans fired HC Brian Callahan. He finishes his tenure with a 4-19 record. This year’s Titans are sitting at 1-5 with a league-worst -78 point differential. Tennessee's offense ranks:

        • 31st in points per game
        • 32nd in yards per game
        • 31st in EPA per play

Callahan isn’t completely to blame, of course. The offensive line has struggled, the pass-catching corps is underwhelming, and QB Cam Ward has played like a rookie. We’ll see who the Titans tab as interim HC, but OC Nick Holz and QBs coach Bo Hardegree figure to be in charge of the offense. Hardegree has called plays the last three weeks, leading the team to 32 total points. The offense can’t get much worse post-Callahan, but we’re not counting on it getting significantly better any time soon.

Another Brutal Performance For Cam Ward And The Titans

        9:07pm UTC 9/28/25

There was some optimism ahead of Tennessee's Week 4 game in Houston as the Titans felt like they had a good shot at securing their first win against the 0-3 Texans. But another anemic performance by Tennessee's 31st-ranked offense resulted in a 26-0 defeat to drop the Titans to 0-4.

Tennessee mustered only 175 yards of offense and failed to run a single play in the red zone despite trailing the game by only six points in the fourth quarter.

        Titans Changing Play Callers

        6:48pm UTC 9/23/25

Titans HC Brian Callahan is handing off play-calling duties to QBs coach Bo Hardegree. It's an interesting decision to go with Hardegree rather than OC Nick Holz. The Titans offense has been a mess through three games, ranking 28th in points, 31st in total yards, and dead last in yards per play. The offensive line has struggled with injuries to OT J.C. Latham and G Kevin Zeitler, while WR Calvin Ridley has been far too quiet. Hardegree's only play-calling experience came in nine games for the 2023 Raiders as interim OC. That team averaged 22.9 points per game under Hardegree -- up from 15.8 over the first eight games. We'll see what Hardegree does for the Titans going forward, but it's tough to imagine the offense getting any worse. The unit should at least benefit from an easier schedule after Week 4. Tennessee has opened with a gauntlet of defenses: Broncos, Rams, Colts, Texans.
